Harmoni5e requires at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations for standard appointment's. Failure to provide this notice, or missing an appointment, may result in a £80 fee to cover the cost the missed consultation and room costs/ treatment before a second appointment can be booked it:

Prepayment Required: Package prices must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable: Packages are offered at a discounted rate; therefore, they are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Expiry: All package sessions must be used within 3 months] of purchase.

Cancellations / Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours] notice to avoid losing that session. Missed appointments without notice will be deducted from your package. Emergency bookings have no cancellation or refund options once paid.
