Mander Thiara is a dedicated practitioner of Complementary Therapies, with extensive training in Classical Five Element Acupuncture. He graduated from the College of Traditional Acupuncture and furthered his education by completing a three-year postgraduate program in Acupuncture under the guidance of Nikki Bilton. Mander is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and has been elected to the International Council of Acupuncture and Holistic Therapists.
His passion for Eastern healing arts began at an early age through training with Professor Chee Soo. Inspired by the positive results, this foundation led him to pursue a career in Complementary and Eastern Healing Arts. Mander's studies included various Eastern therapies such as Indian Head Massage and Holistic Massage, all of which address a variety of conditions.
Mander's personal journey led him to seek a system of medicine that could treat beyond physical pain. Recognising the impact of stress on emotions in today's hectic lifestyle, he emphasised the importance of treating emotional well-being alongside physical health. He found the answer in the study of Classical Five Element Acupuncture, which he believes maximise an individual's overall health.
